Setup Instructions :
i. For PC

1. Click the link above.

2. a. Click on 'WEB Control Download', and download the application.

    b. Open the folder that contains downloaded application. Right click the application file and click 'Run as administrator'.

    c. Click 'Yes'.

    d. Click 'Next'.

    e. Click 'Next'.

    f. Click 'Next'.

    g. Click 'Next'.

    h. Click 'Finish'.

3. Restart your computer and repeat step 1. On the webpage, insert the following details:
a. Device ID: as provided by the school
b. Channels: 16
c. Verification code: given in the box to the right.
c. Username and Password: as provided by the school

d. Click Device Login.

4. You are now ready to view the channels. You do not need to download and/or install the application after this time. You can directly fill up the login credentials and login to view the videos, or bookmark the page so that you could directly get to the video viewing section next time you open your browser.

Note: Internet Explorer is recommended for viewing purpose. Other browsers may not support until some plugins manually activated.

ii. For Android:

1. First, open play store from the menu.

2. In the search box, type ‘neye’, and press the search icon.

3. After the result appears, click the first one with blue icon.

4. Press ‘Install’.

5. Press ‘Accept’.

6. Wait for the application to finish installing, then press ‘Open’.

7. Press ‘ID’ icon in the application, located at the bottom right, as it opens.

8. A new interface opens. Look for the ‘+’ sign and press it.

9. Press ‘Manually enter’.

10. Fill up the login credentials, i.e. GID, username and password, as provided by the school. Leave the rest as it is.

11. Press ‘Sure’, located at the top right corner.

12. Locate icon ‘1’ at the bottom, then press it. 

13. It would open channel number 1. You would then see the options to choose other channels. 

That’s it! You have successfully setup your gadget to view the video.

3. For iOS users

Gadgets that run on iOS, such as ipad, iphone; can also look for the same application (Neye) in the store. Then to view the video, rest of the process is same as for Android users.
